I decided I better put down my actual intended diet here, because I sure haven't been sticking to it very well...
Breakfast:
* Fiber One bar OR 1 c. Special K cereal w/1/2 c. skim milk
* Coffee, black
* 1/2 c. juice with multivitamin, 2 cinnamon & chromium supplements and 1 cayenne fruit supplement (for metabolism)
Lunch:
* 1 can Campbell's chunky soup OR Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen dinner (w/less than 300 calories and 6 g of fat)
* 1 Weight Watchers yogurt
* 1 can diet soda
Dinner:
* Slim-Fast shake mix with 1 c. skim milk & ice OR 1 c. Special K cereal w/1/2 c. skim milk OR 2 c. Magical Leek Soup
Other:
* Drink 1 L of water per day
Exercise:
* Walk with the dog at least 45 min./day
* In addition, do 1 30-min. toning video at least 4 times/wk
* Also, when walking outside is not possible, do dance dvd or FitTV program
* While watching TV, jump on minitrampoline for at least 20 minutes
Weekends:
* Limit alcohol to weekends
* Limit restaurants to 1 meal per weekend
* Have magical leek soup (from French Women Don't Get Fat) for at least 2 meals each weekend
