I'm a middle aged woman who has gained weight over the years. Fortunately, I live a rather active lifestyle so I gained about 20lbs. But still, I've been trying to get rid of these 20lbs. for 10 years!I've tried many approaches to weight loss.All diets work if followed. Trying to eat healthy and smaller portions is what I believe will work for me. Sweets don't tempt me, but eating too much of healthy food can put on weight too! Too much of a good thing isn't good either!
