BOOO... I just can't seem to get it together do well for 2 weeks then go off track I just keep gaining and losing the same 2lbs. I know it is my fault that I have not been tracking enough and definitely have not been exercising enough. Hopefully it will all click soon and I will be able to stay on track and lose the 8-10 lbs that I would like to. I am still in a healthy weight range for my height and age but for myself I would like to lose the extra pounds. Yet, I say that but have not been doing what I need to!

I have been trying to be much better with my choices and I have been back to the gym. I feel like maybe I have lost inches but the scale doesn't really move much. I will just keep on trying to make the healthiest choices I can and keep on moving...

Actually worked out last night for the first time in I don't even know when. Did not take the spin class b/c I got out of work early but spent 45 minutes on a spin bike and burned 300 calories. Was not easy but felt good.
Going to start re-reading the south beach diet book and try and do a mix of WW point counting and south beach.

I have never before struggled so hard with a proper balance of eating right and exercising. I seem to have no excuse except I just feel lazy. I have been having issues with my knees but there is plenty of exercising I can be doing that would not aggrevate my knees. I do have a knee doctor appointment on 8/21. I made a reservation for the 5:30 spin class at the gym I am on the waiting list but hope at least one person doesn't show up if not then I will just do some other form of cardio. Even though I usually count WW points this week I am trying to focus on low-carb to help with the bloat.
My husband and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I am scared to try on the dress I want to wear. I know I have said it before but I really am going to get back into living a healthy lifestyle which MUST include exercising.
