Hi!

I am a new mom and I am 30 years old. I was doing great with my weight but I just sudenlly start eating JUNK non stop and I am so lazy I don't want to go to the GYM.

I have gain more Lbs now (after the baby) than when I was pregnant ( I only gain 14 Lbs, which disapeared after my baby was born) Now I gained 6 Lbs just buy eating junk and being at home.

I have no idea where to start =( But I know I need to do something before it gets worse.

Any advice, tip or suggestion is welcome.

Specially.. Please somebody tell me where or how do you get the strangeth to say "That's it" and get it up and do something about the weight !

I just started The ideal Protein Diet last week.. I am so happy I have lost almost 7 pounds in one week but I am dieing for something sweet today but I don't have any recipes or any packets until tomorrow that I see my coach.

Is anyone on this diet?
Can anyone give me a recipe for something sweet?

Can I eat Protein sweet bars sold at Walmart?
