have been stuffing my face whenever i got the chance. idk if i'm depressed or just losing self control but i need to snap out of it. school is starting in 2 weeks and to get into the routine + healthy diet, be organized and start making healthy habits.

Gained about 10 pounds since January and with graduation nearing, I'm ready to start losing my fat! I'm going to go back to my old ways of entering my food and exercise to achieve my goal.
