Lost so far: 4.0 lb

Current Weight
155.0 lb
Performance: gaining 1.0 lb a week

Goal Weight
130.0 lb
Still to go: 25.0 lb
I'm 24, almost 25 and looking to lose about 20 pounds. I'm a sorta-vegetarian but I occasionally eat fish and I eat eggs and dairy.

I have 2 cats, a fiance, and no kids.

I'm trying to make a healthy lifestyle change and not just go on a 'diet'. My current goal is to lose about 5 pounds a month, with a minimum weight loss of one pound a week. I'm 5'1 and my current goal is 130 pounds.

this is why i jump on the scales daily...
I also weigh myself daily since it helps me stay on track better. If I'm up on the scale, it pushes me to work harder to make sure it is going down overall. If I'm down on the scale it gives me motivation to keep on keepin on! Congrats on your weight loss so far!

help! can't get enough protein
I'm a pescatarian (vegetarian that eats fish) and my protein sources have been mostly peanut butter, nuts, soy protein powder (make a delicious smoothie or stir it in with other things you're eating), canned tuna, yogurt and really any dairy. Tofu is great and can be cooked tons of ways!

I need friends too! I'm heading towards a binge moment and I need some support to stay away!

Eating at Applebees
Good advice to log extra butter. I always prefer to log high so I don't accidentally overeat. I might have to check out the fish plate. I'm making sure to skim on breakfast and lunch calories today since I will likely make up for it at dinner. I won't let this dinner kill my diet! Very Happy

Eating at Applebees
Thanks for the link! I rarely eat there unless my parents choose the place. They don't have enough vegetarian options (I'm a kinda vegetarian - I eat fish). I'm definitely not planning on eating there again anytime soon. Maybe if Applebee's gets the hint that people want to know what they are eating, they will start listing everything on their menu. Hmm.
