Finding time for exercise and effective methods with 3 kids?
We are living parallel lives!! I have a 7 year old, a 3 year old and a 2 month old. The 7 y/o goes to school, but the others are with me all day.
Can you walk to your son's school to pick him up? My son's school is about .75 miles away and 2 or 3 times a week I put the baby in the stroller and we hike up to get him. Also, would it be feasible for your hubby to watch the kids while your slip out to the guy for an hour or so? I can nurse my baby, run to the gym for a 30 min work out and be back in about a hour and a half (that includes a shower!!!).

Hey! first off, good for you! I'd want to record my 30 lb weight loss too!
ok...Click "weight history" on the myfatsecret menu on the right.
okay, now look down a bit and you will see Enter historical weight entries. click on that and you can enter weights for whatever date you like!
