How to stay focused
Sweetalot, the one thing I have learnt this week is not to get on the scales or at least on a regular basis they will do your head in! I wish the body will adjust so the weight will just bugger off!! But what you say is true, slow & steady, is a far better way to go, this we know, but still you have your flat days when you wish otherwise. However, at this moment I plan on sticking with it and remind myself exactly what .5 or 1 kilo looks like and where off my body it has come off. Thanks

How to stay focused
Kennydigital, thanks for the reply, the case is I have been allowing myself 2000cal then 1800cal now I aim between 1500-1800cal to see if there is any difference. I have only just joined this website but I have been on this journey since January and although I have dropped 3kgs the last month as been nothing thats the frustrating part of it but I do plan on sticking with it, I figure something has to work soon!

How to stay focused
I have been training every day with either swimming, bike, running and weights. I know that the story of fat to muscle but I have been training for sometime now and that shouldn't make a whole lot of difference. I have been really strict with my diet so I want to know why I haven't lost any weight. This is becoming quite frustrating, this has been for the last month how hard is it to stay focused?
