My name is Katie and I'm 26. I am trying to get back into shape, I am so tired of starting new programs, diets, etc, and just not sticking to them. I let the littlest things get in the way. But no more!! I have a wedding to go to in about a month, and then 2 more over the course of the summer. I want to be in great shape, and back to looking the way I used to when I was in shape!! I have like 15-20 lbs to go! So here's to sticking to it!!

Picky eater tips anyone?
Hey, I'm right there with you's also..I am so picky! I used to not eat any fruits besides apples and I have now expanded to bananas, grapes, and pears..But, on the veggie side of things I have found it much more challenging!! I only really eat spinach leaves (as a salad base mainly and on sandwiches) and carrots, but thats about it. I wish I liked more veggies and fruits because I feel like that would make it so much easier! Anyway I am just striving to eat one or two more new things a day, and seeing how that goes!!!
