Losing weight has been a struggle for me. Maybe because i have family and frieds that love me and have accepted me no matter what weight i'm, but i can't blame anyone but me for not trying. But now that i have encountered health issues i need to lose the weight, but more importantly i have to do it in a way that it wil become a life style change apose to just a "right now" thing....

Pizza with no bread?!?!?!
lol i know but since its only once a month im hoping that it wont be to bad, and the pizza is from COSTCO, so i know the nutritional value but i was going to not eat the bread, i hope that counts for something Smile and by the way i read one of your post, great job on losing 40 lbs!

I hope someone can help me out, does anyone know now many calories you can save if you eat just the cheese on a pizza and not the bread. We have a lot of functions at my office and pizza is what is provided. its hard not to eat when first it free and every one else is eating it. but i was wondering if i eat only the cheese of off the pizza how many calories em i saving? would i cut the nutrition values in half?

Confused, low calorie, low carb??
Im so confused, i been trying to deit and i buy those lean cuisine food, but a friend of mine said not to be eating so much carbs. what he and his wife do is eat NO CARBS but eat a lot of fat, now they have lost a substantial amount of weight and have kept it off, so my question is, what do i follow, low calories or no carbs? please someoen enlighten me please
