Call it Stuck in a slump
I've never written on a forum before but Im gonna try. I need some help with trying to find the motivation or love of jogging again. I did an excellent job before December, even during Thanksgiving time. I guess it all started when my husband started feeling the blues, when his father passed 12/12/08. Around that time, I jogged. I love the feeling in my hair, the burst of energy that follows, the joy of life. I stopped because of what he was feeling, we're so intuned with one another, its cool but sometimes it sucks. I dont know if I need to just get my tush out in jog or find a group somewhere to help me out of this slump. My husband is ok now, but who is ever ok when their father/best friend is not here anymore? So what I need help with is, any ideas what I can do or we can do to get going at the park once again?
