I HATE THE SCALE
Don't just look at the scale, be sure to take measurements of your body as well... I have stayed the same weight for 2 months even with working out, but I have lost several inches around my body. I do weight training, pilates and power walk 4-5 days a week. If you keep at it you will reach your goal. The hardest part for all of us is we all look for instant results which causes us to try extreme diets. Just keep going and moving forward. You'll get there.
