I have done so much better today. I ate three meals and walked three miles. I feel better too. I had someone at church pray for me and I felt better. Decided to let go of the issue and live one day at a time. I also decided to take wieght loss slow because I don't want to end up with alot of stretch marks. I have been researching and the slower the weight loss the greater chance the skin has to retract. I dont know how true it is, but I am giving myself 6 months to lose 50 pounds. Then take the rest off as it comes.

Yeah, I was able to eat today I made a pasta salad and I had a piece of cheese and a pear. I went for a bike ride, resolved my issue to the best of my ability. I decided to let it go i feel much better but i can't forget. You know how something replays over and over again. it will take time. I weighed myself today and I lost five pounds in two days, but I have not been eating as I should while still working out. I promise to take better care of myself from this point on. I ate an apple and drank some water, now I am about to go on a bike ride around the neighborhood. Boring, but thats my day so far.

Today is still hard I am in such a funk I really need to snap out of it. I am still not eating well. I am going to seek counseling for my issue. I still cant eat much I managed a smoothie and some bean soup and water. I have lost like 12 pounds this week which is not good. Thanks so much to everyone for bearing my rants. I have taken steps to resolve the issue, but it wont happen overnight.
