Hi all,
I have been so busy with school, but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have continued working out, and I have my eating under control. I have developed enough will power to resist cupcakes. Parents are always bringing treats for the kids and they always have extras for the teachers. The children at the school are so sweet, well most of them anyway. I really enjoy teaching.

Hi all,
Everything is going well. I think if I stay committed to eating well and working out I will reach my goal. I bought a weighted hula hoop (3 pounds) it promises to take 2 inches off my waist in a month and I am all for that. I think the other one I bought helped take inches off as well. None of my clothes fit that were tight two months ago. I have some things in my closet that are smaller sizes and I fit them comfortably. I see myself needing to alter or buy new clothes soon. I think I have gotten my eating habits under control as well. I want to set a good example for the students, so I balance my meals eaten at school. It has become a habit that I continue at home. I just love seeing the chart go down instead of up. I have been really busy at school and I am glad I decided to get in shape before interning. It takes alot of energy to educate children. They have boundless energy and if you can't keep up then they'll sense it. I really enjoy working in the school. I have been packing a lunch and making healthy choices. I have also continued working out daily even if it is ony 30 minutes.
