I have decided to come back after a long hiatus. I have been doing horribly on my own. Not having accountability has led me to gain nearly all of the weight I lost. I don't know what happened to me. Nevertheless, I am back to try again. I have been busy with substitute teaching,volunteering, and classes. I have not decided what plan I am going to use, but it will be something that is balanced. I am so pleased to see everyone doing so well a few of you are nearly at your goal.

I have fallen off the wagon. I have let being busy become an excuse to eat poorly and ont exercise. What is wrong with me? I am going to get back on track tomorrow. I hope averyone else has been doing well.

As you all can see I have been very busy and very lazy. I have been doing alot of volunteering, plus I picked up a substitute teaching job. I will probably start on Monday. I am so excited about being in an actual classroom. I get to put some of the things I learned in the classroom into practice. I am officially going on a detox on Monday. If I work all day I will do great and I will work out as soon as I get home or stop off att the gym.

Hi all, I have been doing well, but extremely busy. I am still exercising regularly. I have been doing a spiritual fast for twelve hours during the day, so I have not been eating as much. I usually eat one meal a day. I get plenty of juice and water. I try to watch my juice intake because of the calorie content. I did eat a couple of bad things, but I forgave myself and moved on. I went bike riding Friday and was chased by two sets of dogs. Nothing serious and my husband was with me so I did not panic too much. The dogs were pitbulls and a rotwieller so I consider us to lucky to escape with only a rapid heart beat as trauma. I won't take that route again when I ride. I have rode it before without incident and I feel blessed that nothing happened. I will find another area to ride or just stick to my neighborhood.

Everything is going well with exercising. I ran 2 miles with my husband, then did a yoga workout and a jazzaerobic workout. I did well with the run, but I could have pushed myself a bit more. My heart rate was up to 180 at one point, so I backed off a bit. I bought a bunch of quick lean frozen dinners. They are all under 300 calories and if I add a cup of vegetables I can round out a healthy filling meal. I also have started to eat slowly and that really helps to send a message of fullness while eating less food.
