As you all can see I had a major slip-up since I last weighed in. On the good side before I started up again I was 267, but was too ashamed to input it. I am losing weight fairly well. I tend to do this when my husband deploys. This time the Army has him gone for a year. Which is great because it gives me time to focus on myself and figure out how to adopt a healthy lifestyle without the temptations of cooking fatty foods and eating out all the time. I have decided to take my fastfood budget (about $100 a month) and donate it to church. I also plan to volunteer more to stay busy. I taught some of the neighborhood girls how to cross-stich today they did really well and I felt a sense of pride being able to pass on a hobby I love.

Hi all, I went to church tonight. I feel a little better, but I still am unable to eat.I am going to pray, forgive, work through my issue, and get on with my life. I took a good look at my self today and I can really see how I have let myself go. I am not approaching this with a low opinion of myself, just facing reality. I really could never see it before. I never looked at myself as fat or obese because of my hieght, but I am 100 pounds over my ideal weight. How did I get here.

I need help! I found out some devistating news I cannot seem to get over. I am un able to eat. I forced myself to eat two peaches and drank some juice diluted with water. I do not want to develop an eating disorder because of this. I have been exercising my neighbor went with me one day, and the next day she was too tired to continue. I can't let that keep me from accomplishing my goal. I start student teaching in the fall. If anyone has any quick healthy ideas for lunch let me know.
