I know I can, I know I can ... I am the little in shape girl that could! I have done it before and when I reach my goal weight, I lose my mind! I put on my cute clothes and go out to eat, to drink, and to have fun with my friends. I skip the gym and then I find myself back here again!

less expensive
I don't think it is "expensive", but I think fresh food costs you a little more. For instance you will buy yogurt and fresh fruits and veggies a few times a week possibly.

I do agree that we probably spend that money on "junk" anyway, so it's a wash.
