Advocare
Leptilean helps me eat less and helps me make better choices. I also take carb ease before the meal replacement shakes to cut out the carb intake. The spark gives me energy and metal focus which helps with my high paced job. My Dr recently restriced my calorie intake to 1300 calories but these products have helped me stay within the 1300 and less calories per day.
I have been so impressed with the Advocare products that I recently became a advisor to sell the products but I seem to take more than I sell.
