I'm 34 years old and weigh about 224 lbs. I am at my heaviest I've ever been. I feel the health problems piling up (snoring, trouble breathing, join pain, and no energy). I would like to lose the full 100 lbs to be at my ideal weight, but right now I'll be happy just to be losing pounds each week. I have a hard time staying focus especially since I work in an office environment that weekly potlucks and snacking all day at your desk is a ritual. If I can't lose the weight now then I know I never will. So I'm crossing my fingers and will try my hardest this time around.
