I'm finding it extremely hard to eat when trying to drink a gallon of water each day. I'm not getting my usual hunger pangs.

Didn't gain any weight over the weekend. This is a huge milestone for me because the weekend is when I fall down on the diet.
I really need to exercise more often. I feel as if I will get more results if I do this.
