I'm finding it extremely hard to eat when trying to drink a gallon of water each day. I'm not getting my usual hunger pangs.

You don't need to drink a gallon of water a day (unless doctor specified). Most people are fine 6-8 cups a day. If you workout in the sun or for long periods, you may need more. We get water from fruits and vegetables (like watermelon) too. I let my body be my guide.

Thanks for your comment Suzi161. Unfortunately it was my doctors recommendation. I do know for a fact that I need to incorporate more fruit and vegetables into my diet.
