O.k. This is the umpteenth time I am going to try to do this. I want to loose about 40 lbs (for now) and it has been about 2 years since I have been trying to do this. I started gaining weight after the birth of my second child and by my fourth child I was all the way up to 190 lbs. My big problem is that food is really something that helps me deal with stress and the daily troubles. I use food as comfort and emotional therapy. It is really hard to break from eating on impulse if food makes you feel really good. Well, I hope I can really stick to this for longer than a week so....wish me good luck.
