I'm 59 years old, and for the first time in many years I am within my weight range for my heigth. It has taken me 18 months to get here, and I still have 10 pounds to lose, but I know now that I can do it. Having lost 57 pounds and learning how to deal with "urges" and situations (moods, emotions, etc.) through Weight Watchers has given me the tools and self esteem, empowerment, and self worth to be able to quit smoking.
I am married with one grown son, and will be a grandmother for the first time later this month. Having a healthier life style will enable me to be around longer to watch her grow up. We have three dogs and walk them every morning. I am retired and do some volunteer work.
