Hello, I have a back injury since 2012. I am only able to pick up 10lbs at most. Walking is a bit limited and exercise is not an option. One day of living is 1 or 2 days down on bed rest. And having fibromyalgia and gout, i have to watch my type of food also.

Doubt i get to fixated on the foods and amounts. Basically I am pushing myself to the eat. Today was better and tomorrow i will try to more. I have a kcal 1600, finally got to 800. I feel fine.
