I am a 21yr old female college student who is majoring in Biology. My degree keeps me pretty busy so I trouble finding time to exercise. My campus really doesn't offer many healthy food options so I am usually stuck either eating terrible things for myself and feeling miserable or eating like a bird and feeling hungry and miserable. I am really ready to get healthy and slim up, to improve overall health, and boost my all time low self-esteem.

Dealing with Set-backs
How do you deal with set-backs? Getting sick, cheating/splurging on your diet, missing a workout or two. I find it so difficult to pick it back up because not caring about working out and eating right seems easier than thinking about it constantly. I feel like it's an "all or nothing" kind of game for me.Crying or Very sad Any advice?Question

Emotional Eating
Today has been really rough me. All I wanna do is find the most indulgent sinful treat and stuff myself full. Any suggestions on how to combat the blues and still keep on track?

Pace of weight loss
Okay so it seems that in the first part of the "journey" to lose weight, the weight tends to come off quicker at first (depending on your starting size) and then suddenly plateaus. What causes this? Tell me about what was normal for you, because I lost like 3 lbs in 3 days, is that okay?

Getting started...HELP
Hey, I just started this past week and while I only lost like maybe a pound in 3 days, I feel excited to see the weight come off. I too feel it is sooo hard to find motivation when I'm tired, or can come up with ANY excuse not to work out. I often find ways to OK myself to have that chocolate bar or that s'more(my fave dessert) more often than I should. I really would love to find someone here who will help me with my weight loss every step of the way. Support is a must for successful weight loss
