Okay so I'm starting into my 3rd week of my new lifestyle and so far so good. I've lost around 6 pounds, but even more, I am noticing a difference in the way my jeans fit. Jeans that were heck to get on before, slid on pretty easy today. So excited about that! I've also notcied my appetite decreasing quite a bit, but I still feel the urge to snack more than I should. Oh well, guess I'm human after all.

My knee is starting to make it hard for me to want to exercise. But somehow I managed to make myself workout for like 20 minutes. Better than nothing I guess. Did pretty good eating today. I dont know how much I should expect to lose a week but it feels like I should be losing more weight quicker than this. I am starting to get discouraged. And it hasnt even been a week since I started. I feel like I will never lose the weight and I am doomed to be this fat hippo of a person forever. Someone please help me.
