I've been doing Herbalife for about 4 months now and I'm seeing slow results, especially when I stick to the diet. I'm encouraged by this, since I feel like a slow weight loss will be easier to maintain over time. I'm working out about twice a week with a boot-camp style workout and I'd like to add in 2-3 days of good cardio work as well. On Thursday I kicked off a new weight loss challenge by doing LaBamba. Today is day 3 and my weigh-in to see the full results will be tomorrow morning before work. LaBamba consisted of 2 gallons of protein drink on day 1, 5 shakes on day 2 (only able to do 3 and a small meal in the evening), 2 shakes and a healthy dinner on day 3. I've had my 2 shakes today and am feeling much better than the previous 2 days. I'm planning on a stop to Panera to celebrate my success with a carefully planned salad-gotta love internet nutrition websites that let me map everything out in advance:)
