-4.8 lbs on the weightloss challenge. I was totally ready for my weigh-in today and actually looking forward to it. Also love the fact that my clothing is getting baggier on me. I've been working hard this week, treadmill is definitely challenging but I'm sticking with it to see where it takes me. I'm trying to keep my brain on manageable goals, right now, 155 lbs being the number I'm striving for at the end of the weightloss challenge. Florida will be a nice treat in a month, sun, relaxation and the ability to be active in warm weather is mighty appealing right now on a cold wet day! Evening snacking is difficult and I could definitely use a little help, maybe a shock collar?

I've been doing Herbalife for about 4 months now and I'm seeing slow results, especially when I stick to the diet. I'm encouraged by this, since I feel like a slow weight loss will be easier to maintain over time. I'm working out about twice a week with a boot-camp style workout and I'd like to add in 2-3 days of good cardio work as well. On Thursday I kicked off a new weight loss challenge by doing LaBamba. Today is day 3 and my weigh-in to see the full results will be tomorrow morning before work. LaBamba consisted of 2 gallons of protein drink on day 1, 5 shakes on day 2 (only able to do 3 and a small meal in the evening), 2 shakes and a healthy dinner on day 3. I've had my 2 shakes today and am feeling much better than the previous 2 days. I'm planning on a stop to Panera to celebrate my success with a carefully planned salad-gotta love internet nutrition websites that let me map everything out in advance:)
