28 year old male in Miami here. I've weighed as much as 215 lbs in 2002. Dropped to around 185 in 2004 after messy break-up. Stayed around there until 2006 when I went on a health kick and started running, to where I dropped to 155, gained some back in 2007 to say 175?, then dropped to about 160? while training for a marathon. After the marathon in 2008, I've been unhealthy eating crap and drinking and now back up close to 190.
I want to get back into the shape I was in at the end of 2006 and hopefully even better. I like that I can track my eating and exercise on my phone and PC with this site. Hope it works.
