I've pretty much eaten lowcarb for years...very doable after you work your way through the phases. No problems with it until I started eating poorly the last couple of years and gained some weight back, but hopefully it's on its way out again .

Yes, it's normal, but no fun...lasted about 4 days for me, but feeling feeling pretty good again now.
