Belly Fat
Lots and lots of cardio! And different kinds of crunches.. You're not alone on this. I used to have that problem too (spare tire belly), but cardio/running really helped me get rid of it.

Same here! Especially for runs too. I'm usually on the treadmill instead, because I can't stand when it's too cold out.. Or even too hot for that matter. I like a good 60-70 degree day. Smile

Emotional eating, dieting and fallouts
I am guilty of this. Only when I'm feeling stressed or sad. Not a good habit.. But I try to forgive myself quickly so I can get back on the diet wagon! Lol. Smile
