Hey! My name is Jackie. I'm a 22 year old female and I'm in the military, so staying in shape is part of the job description and if it's not followed I risk losing the job. We have a maximum allowed weight in which we must meet every 6 months. I'm usually doing some sort of crash diet to make weigh-ins and after this past one I am sick of it. I'm ready to change my life so I don't have to worry when April or October come around or have to starve myself just to make weight.
That's where this site comes in. I can use all the support I can get and I'd be happy to cheer on everyone and be there to listen to the venting, which I know there is plenty since losing weight can be so frustrating! Good luck to everyone and I hope you lose!
