This summer when I had a regular visit with the doctor he weighed me at 235! and I was shocked. 250 was what I weighed when my 10 lbs son was born, and I have generally kept my weight between 215 and 225 since then. This was a bad trend and if things kept creeping up, I would be in serious health danger.

In september i joined yoga, and have continued to lose weight and tone my body. i have dropped 1-2 sizes. i am happy and looking forward to the future.
