6:30am: work meeting: had 8ounces of coffee, with 1 blue sugar and 2 liquid creamers; 1 quarter size grilled egg and cheese and water.
10:00 mid morning snack: 1 blueberry bagel with cream cheese

missed breakfast-went into work late morning schedule was thrown off
10:30am mid morning snack: 1 apple
12:00 lunch: progresso soup- Italian wedding, water with lemon
1:30 caffeine craving: drank 6 ounces of dr pepper
3:00pm: mid afternoon snack: 1 banana
6:00 dinner: chicken with mash potatoes and mac and cheese
stretched, bike trainer, stretched
9:00pm evening snack: 1 orange

12:00 catered lunch for meeting: 6ounces of chicken tortilla soup with ice tea from McAllisters deli
4:00 mid day snack: 1 banana
7:00pm dinner: chicken breast with basil pesto, mixed veggies (asparagus, bell peppers)and pilaf rice with toasted almonds; ice tea
9:00 evening dinner: 1 apple

5:30pm: dinner: shrimp with whole grain noodles, asparagus, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and basil, ice tea

11:00am: 1 banana; water to drink
12:30pm: 1 wrap with 3 slices dietz and watson peppered turkey breast, 2 slices of white american cheese, 4 tomato slices, lettuce shredded. 1/2 cup of white corn tortilla chips; water to drink
4:00pm: luna bar; water to drink
8:00pm swiss mushroom burger: no bun, with fries and ice tea.
was at the RNR EXPO all day from 8:00 - 5:45pm (setup and clean up time included).

10am mid morning snack: 1 banana
12 noon lunch: did not have lunch. took daughter to Parker ER. was there until 6:30pm
8:00pm: had a sandwich. peppered dietz and watson turkey breast (2 slices) with 1 slice white american cheese, 2 slices of roma tomato and 1 leaf of lettuce. ice tea......got home so late from ER and then pharmacy that i did not want to have a heavy meal.

630AM BREAKFAST-EARLY MORNING WORK CONFERENCE-BREAKFAST CATERTED BY PANERA BREAD- HAD 1 BLUEBERRY BAGEL WITH WALNUT HONEY SPREAD AND SMALL CUP OF COFFEE WITH 2 LIQUID CREAMERS AND 1 PACKET OF BLUE SUGAR, WATER-STOMACH FEELS A LITTLE FUNNY
10:30AM - MID MORNING SNACK VOSKOS GREEK HONEY YOGURT AND WATER
12:00 lunch- had left over caldo de rez, oxtail soup with 2 baby golden potatoes, carrots and cabbage; dr pepper..stomach started to get upset around 230-lasted about 10minutes then passed
3:30pm: afternoon snack - nature valley oats n honey
6:30pm: dinner- spagehti whole grain with 93% ground beef and prego sauce with mushrooms. ice tea to drink
