630AM BREAKFAST-EARLY MORNING WORK CONFERENCE-BREAKFAST CATERTED BY PANERA BREAD- HAD 1 BLUEBERRY BAGEL WITH WALNUT HONEY SPREAD AND SMALL CUP OF COFFEE WITH 2 LIQUID CREAMERS AND 1 PACKET OF BLUE SUGAR, WATER-STOMACH FEELS A LITTLE FUNNY
10:30AM - MID MORNING SNACK VOSKOS GREEK HONEY YOGURT AND WATER
12:00 lunch- had left over caldo de rez, oxtail soup with 2 baby golden potatoes, carrots and cabbage; dr pepper..stomach started to get upset around 230-lasted about 10minutes then passed
3:30pm: afternoon snack - nature valley oats n honey
6:30pm: dinner- spagehti whole grain with 93% ground beef and prego sauce with mushrooms. ice tea to drink
