missed breakfast-went into work late morning schedule was thrown off

10:30am mid morning snack: 1 apple

12:00 lunch: progresso soup- Italian wedding, water with lemon

1:30 caffeine craving: drank 6 ounces of dr pepper

3:00pm: mid afternoon snack: 1 banana

6:00 dinner: chicken with mash potatoes and mac and cheese

stretched, bike trainer, stretched

9:00pm evening snack: 1 orange
