HI, everybody!! (Hi, Dr. Nick!) Heh! Well, I have been basically undisciplined for two months and having the time of my life after dropping a large percentage of my overall mass... Regrettably, I am up 2.2 lbs but I am really not bothered.
Hopefully it's just water-weight! I have upped my calories a bit to maintain, and I have been a lot more active than in years past so I NEED MORE FUEL! So, intake has been upped to 1800 to 2000 average, I'm guessing. I walk a lot more... Just feeling great. So there!
We'll see what's going on next weigh in!

Had a serious lapse in discipline that has been going on for about ten days and was shocked when I finally had the nerve to get back on the scale! All is not lost. I once said that if you are suffering, you are doing it wrong... hopefully this is my emperical evidence to back that up! Live. Love. Be healthy AND happy. Why the hell not?

Seem to have a twinge of arthritis in my hip, so have not bounced for a few days... but, 193.2! OMG, WHAT'S HAPPENING?!? Going to stretch today, and breathe.
