Thanks everyone for your words and support! I am in a bit of a slow-down and that has happened before, but I have scientific evidence that I am shrinking geometrically although my weight is close to what it was twelve days ago! SCIENCE!! I'm walking and bouncing on the mini-trampoline and moving into the next phase where I am required to get my heart-rate up into the mythical 'fat-burning zone'. I'm having trouble getting my jpeg from Upload, so I'll describe tonight's sexy dinner: Chili Cheese Dogs!!! WHAT?!? Substituted Hebrew National lowfat franks, wheat rounds instead of hot-dog buns, tofu chili THAT IS ALMOST LIKE REAL CHILI! This would have been 1199 calories but instead weighs in at only 610, and I have the satisfaction of knowing I can alter really disgusting food choices into something less harmful. It is 4:38 PM central, and I still have 242 calories to go before bedtime.

Yeah! Yeah! Two hundred point zero! I'd like to thank Matt Damon for his portrayal of Mark Whatney. I am tired and cranky, but when I have dropped another 20 or so, I will begin reconditioning my joints and blasting weights. Then I will begin to gain weight, but in a good way.
Pretty girls talk to me now. This is awesome.

Yay, fiber! You go on and do your work, fiber! 202.0 for two days now, weird s**t with water level, I expect.
