HI, everybody!! (Hi, Dr. Nick!) Heh! Well, I have been basically undisciplined for two months and having the time of my life after dropping a large percentage of my overall mass... Regrettably, I am up 2.2 lbs but I am really not bothered. Hopefully it's just water-weight! I have upped my calories a bit to maintain, and I have been a lot more active than in years past so I NEED MORE FUEL! So, intake has been upped to 1800 to 2000 average, I'm guessing. I walk a lot more... Just feeling great. So there! We'll see what's going on next weigh in!
