Did reasonable well during yesterday's celebration, certainly better than last week. Stuck pretty close to plan except for 2 lite beers and an after dinner chocolate martini.

Gain is definitely due to night out with friends---but it was so delicious, but also so rich that late Saturday night got really sick to my stomach. Because of not feeling well it was easy to get back on plan on Sunday. So hurray for a new week and getting back on track. Hopefully the birthday this Saturday will be a lot more healthy.

Didn't eat enough yesterday but all on plan food. Don't plan on weighing tomorrow because of birthday get-to-gether with friends, but do plan to eat on plan as much as possible. Contemplating a glass of wine or a light beer, or even diet 7up if they have it---than again water is always good.
Sleep has become as issue again, tried magnesium and 5-htp but tossed and turned all night---feel yuk.

Feel better today, I think more food must be it. Got to watch intake of sugar free jello---its really not free. Really want to be careful and eat clean with going out to eat tomorrow and then again next Saturday, but birthday celebrations are hard. One of the reasons for cpicking Atkins it that you meaning me can go out to eat.
Jogging was really, really hard today, probably because of the low level of carbs.
