Feel better today, I think more food must be it. Got to watch intake of sugar free jello---its really not free. Really want to be careful and eat clean with going out to eat tomorrow and then again next Saturday, but birthday celebrations are hard. One of the reasons for cpicking Atkins it that you meaning me can go out to eat.

Jogging was really, really hard today, probably because of the low level of carbs.
