I am a meteorologist for the National Weather Service and with the Air Force Reserves. My main hobby is and has been drumming for the past 30 years and I currently play in a Scottish Pipe Band. All this activity keeps me busy, but I still need to maintain my weight and conditioning to make up for my not so healthy lifestyle in the 80s and 90s.
