Low Carb Breakfast Ideas
I have a BPC known as bulletproof coffee which is used as a meal replacement. Add a tbsp of unsalted butter a tbsp of coconut oil or mct oil to a cup of good quality coffee and blitz with a stick blender for 20 secs. It's really delicious. Some people even add an egg and you don't even taste it. This should sustain you for around 6 hrs. I have it daily before going to gym and it sustains me till lunch. It's really quick and easy to make aswell. Hope you enjoy it.

No need to count calories if you following Tim Noakes lifestyle. Just follow the green list.

Hi
According to fatsecret coffee with cream is 2.9 nett carbs. This means that 4 coffees for the day
Takes up nearly 50% of my allowed 25g of carbs for the day. Does this sound correct to all that
Is doing the LCHF lifestyle???
