quit smoking 2 years ago. spent year one fighting that addiction and replacing hand-to-mouth with about anything without nicotine.
Gave weight-loss and activity a shot about 12-months ago. Felt better and looked good. Life got in the way and have fallen way off track.
Heavier now than ever and feel like a dough-boy.....not happy with myself.
Time to get back on that horse and ride....need some buddy help to keep me focused.
