Is organic soy milk allowed in Phase 1 of FF? It doesn't contain lactose, which ALG says milk is not allowed because it contains that sugar. Does anyone know...I am on vacation without the book.

There's a long discussion thread about Soy on the Forum, and I believe the answer is NO.

Fermented soy (tempeh, for example) is allowed 2x per week in all phases. NON-fermented soy (milk, flour, edamame, etc) is not OK for ANY phase of Fat Flush. The book (and ALG's website) explains why soy is not your best food choice.
happy flushing,

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
