what does everyone think about having one of these pre-made juice smoothie drinks (naked brand)? the red machine flavor even has flax oil in it....

FF = natural. If Mother Nature didn't manufacture it, don't use it. Read the labels. Not worth it in the long run...see my post on "cravings". {{{hugs}}}

I agree with Jo, there is probably nutrasweet or fructose or something in it, that you really should not have. Sucks huh.

There are no added sweeteners or preservatives in the naked juices. However, they are mostly juice, rather than pureed fruit, which means you would be getting all the natural sugar without the benefit of the fiber. There are also at least 4 servings of fruit in each bottle, so you probably wouldn't want to drink the whole bottle in one day. It's technically not "Fat Flush approved", but there are a lot worse things you could drink.

I think it's weight related - not a standard of so many glasses. Plus some people then add in activity level and environment variables. There's tons of calculators online.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
