I am a mom of one beautiful 10yr old boy with tonnes of energy! Have been married for 10yrs and together for a total of 15yrs to my hubby who is very supportive of my and my challenge to lose weight.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. This is a very difficult things to live with and it's a struggle to live with sometimes. I am trying to be positive..
I was always thin growing up through school, but then started having struggles with my weight after I had my son-now I am bouncing up and down like a yo-yo, my top weight being 226lbs at the age of 30-then lost 70lbs with tonnes of cardio only to gain some back again because I got lazy. then lost 30lbs and gained 10 back...this PCOS makes it difficult to lose the weight because of the hormone wackyness but I am determined to lose it again but this time I WANT TO KEEP IT OFF!
I am hoping this site will help me realize that I can make better food choices and not eat so blindly.
