Doing fine today. Hope my back is in a good place to start working out tomorrow. I feel like a shlump when I' don't workout and like my whole body is sluggish. Just trying to do really well with eating while I can't workout. My back does feel a lot better today, so I'm thinking I'll be good to go tomorrow.

Shoot! I can't believe how many calories I ate at Starbucks. 200 calories for a chai nonfat latte and 340 for the reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. Bummer. Somebody told me the chai nonfat latte was good and "it's tea, so there aren't a lot of calories or anything"...UGH! Oh well, no snack today and I'll be good. Glad I looked it up and that it was first thing in the day so I can correct. I wish I had an iphone with the app to look up calories. I do have something on my phone with a 10.00 data package. I wonder if I can do that?? I'm going to figure that out! I bet not :*( It's a Verizon LG if anyone knows any tricks.

My back went out and I got stomach flu. I'm annoyed, but honestly, I'm looking at the flu like a forced de-tox ;) I have given up coffee. I've always wanted to switch to tea. I don't need cream or sugar in in, so less calories, and I like the health benefits of green tea. So I'm feeling good about that. I'm completely feeling good about my weight loss, but realize it may slip back up a little as I start eating again. I'm feeling o.k., even with this setback. I really feel like this is my year to meet my goals.
