Shoot! I can't believe how many calories I ate at Starbucks. 200 calories for a chai nonfat latte and 340 for the reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. Bummer. Somebody told me the chai nonfat latte was good and "it's tea, so there aren't a lot of calories or anything"...UGH! Oh well, no snack today and I'll be good. Glad I looked it up and that it was first thing in the day so I can correct. I wish I had an iphone with the app to look up calories. I do have something on my phone with a 10.00 data package. I wonder if I can do that?? I'm going to figure that out! I bet not :*( It's a Verizon LG if anyone knows any tricks.

Well - if it makes you feel any better I ate the following today: 2 servings of special K red Berries. One coffee w/ skim milk and Splenda. One bbq turkey sandwich w/ pineapple on Texas Toast w/ fried tatertotts. No Pudge single serving trader joe's brownie and 800 calories of icecream. Basically - I need to drink a crap load of water and spend 3 hours at the gym tomorrow. This isn't impossible - it's just hard. but, I'll be okay. Today was just a baaaaaaaad day. But, I'm very proud of you - that's awesome that you're on track. I'm back w/ you. Please send me the occasional message while I'm in MX - I'm going to need support!!! I leave Thursday morning at 6:00 am. love you -
