discouraged big time!
I had exactly the same experience the first week but on week two the pounds began to shed. Not huge loses but definately progress and very satisfying. Going into week 2 with no weight loss was definately hard but I liked and believed in the system. I don't think there is anything to equal this site for motivation and accountability. I know I will loose the weight I want to loose. Don't stop.
