I'm retired and was a caregiver for my husband (dementia symptoms) who died April 29, 2013. During that time my weight, which had been under control for awhile, went spiraling out of control. My 1st step to start losing again is STOP evening snacking. Once I get through that for a couple of weeks, I'm ready for keeping track of my intake and weighing regularly.
